Telesales training with Reality Training
Who is this programme for?
This is a 2 day programme aimed at Service Industry Business Owners to train their Sales and Customer Service Managers and staff who engage in sales activity on the telephone.
What knowledge and skills will you learn?
This module presents the delegates with a number of key telesales techniques, gives them knowledge about how to influence people over the telephone and trains them in questioning structures designed to be highly effective. The module is right for outgoing telesales and incoming enquiry based telesales.
Your telesales revenues, conversion rates and profitability drivers will all be positively affected by this module. Delegates for these sessions often uncover bad habits they have picked up, plus new ordering for their sales conversations that improve their confidence.
