Why do managers and owners need to Team Build?
The truth is that most of the time they don't need to team build - it's all a bit of a ‘jolly’.
So this module isn't really teambuilding. The first section is 2 Days of work on looking at Individual Strengths and Goals, as well as looking at great teams and the motivations that drive them. We question the principles of leadership and create healthy debate about corporate communication and generating strategic thinking. We bring together an entire board, and examine, clearly, what they can do to approach this recovery:
What have they got right?
What do they need to do to continue successfully?
What do they need to stop doing?
We take them through over 35 strategies and ideas. We debate the strengths and weaknesses of these strategies.
We then agree a plan of action with measurable results and review dates.
We look at the individuals and see where, exactly they fit in and who else they may need to find to make things work.
The Board implement the plan.
Sound easy doesn't it? And it can be. In our experience the answers to certain questions become very difficult, emotional and occasionally explosive! And they still need to be answered!
If Boards can achieve a higher level of communication, and agree on sound and proven ways to move forward, the result is a revitalized and positive company, facing all challenging times with a solid plan.
