Future Travel Case Study - Overview
Project Summary:
In Spring 2010 Reality Training were engaged to deliver a conference speech to a large group of
travel advisors and home workers.
Objective:
To inspire, motivate and give some fundamental ideas about how small changes can have huge
effects of revenues
Delivery:
Reality Training delivered 3 hours of stories, illustrations and entertainment. Each home
worker received a copy of the presentation to help embed and cascade the training.
Results:
‘Future Travel invited Jeremy and Bob to present at our annual conference with the objective
of refreshing and galvanising sales techniques for our agents. In my experience there are
very few conference speakers who can engage an audience as effectively as Jeremy and Bob
demonstrated, particularly after a Gala Awards dinner the night before! The content of the
session was structured so it was easy to understand and memorable whilst totally respecting
the ability and years of experience in the audience. Our home workers were both excited
and inspired by the end of the session and feedback has been excellent with some immediate
examples of Jeremy and Bob's techniques working to help close the sale with increased profit.
