UBM Case Study - Overview
Project Summary:
Between 2007 and 2009 Reality Training delivered Digital Media Sales Training to over 120 sales staff across United Business Media in London, Amsterdam and Princeton.
Objective:
To increase the digital revenues across the company through better knowledge, sales skills and confidence, without any detrimental effect on core revenues from traditional media – magazines and exhibitions.
Delivery:
Reality Training delivered 3 days of training to groups of 12 from across the business. Each individual received 3 one to one calls to help embed the training. An online blog was also created to act as a forum and hold the essential training content.
Results:
UBM made immediate changes in their pricing and marketing strategy.
The Course was rated highly effective or effective by 100% of attendees.
